And, 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐯𝐭. 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 is the Back Office, Marketing & Sales Office of Cyanergy based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to manage Sales Manager’s accounts, handle legal and licensing matters, and provide support to our Australian accounts team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in English to ensure seamless coordination and execution of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budgetary variances and provide analysis to management.
  • Ensure alignment of financial activities with budgetary goals.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards.

Licensing and Taxation:

  • Manage licensing matters, ensuring all necessary licenses are obtained and renewed on time.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate, payroll, and other applicable taxes.
  • Coordinate audits and tax filings with external auditors and tax advisors.

Internal Controls:

  • Develop and maintain internal control systems to safeguard financial assets.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.
  • Mentor and train junior accounting staff.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new financial systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & other benefits:

  • Salary: 40,000 – 70,000 Taka per month
  • Yearly 2 festive bonuses.
  • Annual paid and sick leave.
  • 5 working days a week.

Office Timing: 6 AM – 3 PM (Monday – Friday) or 8 AM – 4 PM (Monday – Friday)
As we require 2-3 accountants, few will be working from 6AM and finish at 3PM, and few will start at 8AM and will finish at 4PM.
