Position Name: Contractor and Partnership Support

Reporting to: Senior Business Analyst

Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for self-driven, passionate, and enthusiastic persons to join our sales team as a Contractor and Partnership Support in Dhaka. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will be the problem solver for the external contractors and partnerships to ensure this new revenue stream flourishes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure the success of each new contractor or partner we onboard
• Solve problems and answer questions for the contractor or partner
• Have in depth knowledge of requirements, pricing, products and process of all the solutions that we offer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide ad hoc solutions ensuring they meet technical, client and regulatory requirements
• Effectively communicate project goals, timelines, and project details with internal teams, and supervisors
• Train new sales contractor
• Required to be on call and responsive to continued changing circumstances.
• Work in accordance with Cyanergy’s Values and demonstrate commitment, active involvement and leadership regarding zero harm, client, people and financial accountabilities.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputed university

Work Experience and Skills:

• 1-2 years of operations experience or cross-functional team management experience is mandatory
• Great communication skills
• Strong command of the English language
• Sound in reporting and presentation
• Keen to work with a diverse range of people and culture
• Positive attitude and a consistent work ethic
• High attention to detail and time management skills
• Intermediate Documenting & PowerPoint skills
• Intermediate MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience in using CRM like ZohoOne is a plus
• Experience in working with international clients/stakeholders is a plus

Salary: 30,000 – 50,000/Monthly (Based on Experience)

Office Timing: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Bonus: Yearly 2 Festive Bonus
